Who we are
This website belongs to Marc Serra, self-employed, who works as mflickss, a creative production and post-production studio based in Barcelona. He is responsible for your data.

What data we collect
Only what you write in the contact form: your name, your email, your company or brand if you add it, the services you are interested in and your message. We also keep the date you sent it and the fact that you accepted this policy.
To stop spam, each connection can send three enquiries every 24 hours. To count them we keep, for 24 hours, an anonymous fingerprint of the connection that does not reveal your IP address.

What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quote. We do not use it for newsletters or advertising, and we do not make automated decisions with it.

Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the form, and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (a quote, for example). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Counting enquiries to stop spam rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure.

Who else sees it
We do not sell or share your data with anyone. The form is processed by Cloudflare, the provider that hosts this website, which receives your message and forwards it to our email (Gmail, by Google). Both act on our behalf and may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards that the law requires.

How long we keep it
As long as we need to answer you and, if we end up working together, for the time the law requires us to keep it. Then we delete it.

Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, and to take it elsewhere, by writing to contactmflickss@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only remembers, in your own browser, whether you prefer the light or the dark version and, during your visit, whether you have already seen the opening. Videos from YouTube or Vimeo only load when you press play, and from then on their own policies apply.
